13 Oct SME OF THE WEEK | Curds and Croust
Its been an overwhelming week with #BuyBritishDay this Thursday 12th of October, so choosing our Small Business Of the week has been tough! However, this weeks winner is Curds and Croust from Redruth, Cornwall.
The mouth-watering website showcases three Cornish-born cheeses; Brie, Camambert and truffle Brie. The team behind Curds and Croust say they use only the very best Cornish milk, sourced within 30 miles of their dairy. We love the fact that the team know exactly where it comes from and how to look after it. Real professionals from inception to end product.
For those of you non-Cornwallians wondering what ‘Croust’ means, it’s a simple tasty snack mid morning or mid afternoon often with, you’ve guessed it, the best baked bread and the finest Cornish cheese.
If this post is making you as hungry as we are writing it, Curds and Croust have stockists dotted all over the UK. Have a gander here of where you can get yours: buy cheese
Stay tuned for next weeks #SMEOfTheWeek
